What’s new at HacWare?
We’ve rolled out updates for Gmail users with new Google API integrations. Google Workspace users can now use Google Group Sync to set up learning tracks for pre-selected groups. You’re also able to group your licenses by department.
How will this update affect my organization?
The Google Group Sync integration eliminates the need for handpicking audiences for training and allows for easy set up for your user accounts.
Failure reports display each department based on the departments selected within Google Workspace. Share this information with key stakeholders to highlight areas of vulnerability and to show improvements over time.
How do I find this change in the product?
Access your customer dashboard and select Manage and Licenses. You'll see the button, Activate Google Group Sync. Reach out to your customer success agent with any questions.
