I am excited to be joining HacWare at its pivotal growth stage, while it explodes into brand new markets and fully embraces a remote work atmosphere that results in a happier team and clientele.
How do you plan to support HacWare’s customers and partners?
My goal is to streamline the customer and partner experience from the moment they join HacWare so they feel fully supported and have a crystal clear understanding of how useful our platform will be to their teams, clients, and end users.
What is most important to you in this role?
It is important for me to build communications and processes that scale, with the guidance of my team and the feedback of clients, so that everyone feels successfully helped and trust that there is a kind human listening to them on the other side!
