Exclude HacWare's domains in Proofpoint's URL Defense:
Login with your admin credentials into the Proofpoint Dashboard.
Under Security Settings, click Malicious Content tab.
Under Malicious Content, click URL Defense tab.
In the field labeled "Exclude re-writing emails that are sent by specified senders", type:
4. Click SAVE
Once the SAVE button is pressed, Please send yourself a test phishing simulation from HacWare.
Next, go to Proofpoint's Log Search to search for the message and notice that the messages will have a classification of Filtered: Allow.
