How to Manage Training Completion Emails?

Guide to Changing Completion Email Recipients

To update who receives the completion emails, follow these steps in the Partner Portal.



Updating the Training Manager Contact

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Tenants -> Management menu.

  3. Locate the desired customer and click the Green Contact button in the Action column.

  4. Scroll down to the Training Reminder Contact section.

  5. Update the second field with the new email address for the training manager.

  6. Click the Update Contact button to save changes.



Removing Yourself from Completion Emails

If you no longer wish to receive completion emails:

  1. Scroll down to the Training Reminder Contact section.

  2. Remove your email address from the second field.

  3. Click the Update Contact button.


The training contact will no longer receive completion emails.



Following these steps ensures that the correct recipients receive completion notifications while allowing others to opt out as needed.
