Disable Welcome Email

Follow these steps to disable the welcome email:
Access the Awareness Training Menu:
Click on the Awareness Training menu bar.
Navigate to LMS:
Select LMS from the options.
Open Settings:
Click on the Settings tab.
Disable the Welcome Email:
Use the Welcome Email selector to turn off the welcome email.
Once you complete these steps, the welcome email will be disabled for your users.

This guide explains how to customize the welcome email that is sent to users when they enroll in a lesson plan or course, or when you invite new users via the Admin screen.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Awareness Training Menu:
Open your application and click on the Awareness Training menu bar.
Access the LMS Section:
From the dropdown options, select LMS.
Open Settings:
Click on the Settings tab within the LMS section.
Edit the Welcome Email:
Click the Edit Welcome Email button.
Customize the Email:
Modify the Subject and/or Body of the email according to your requirements.
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to apply the new welcome email settings.
Additional Information
Deployment: The updated welcome email will be automatically sent out to users enrolled in a lesson plan or course.
Admin Invitations: The new message is also triggered when you invite new users via the Admin screen (navigate to Manage -> Admins).
Ensure you test the new email template to verify that all changes appear as expected before rolling it out broadly.
