What’s new at HacWare?
We’ve enhanced the subscription level information available when upgrading or changing individual tenant subscription levels. Once you select the toolbox icon next to a tenant, you’ll be able to see all of available subscriptions, pricing and package differences. This feature is currently available for tenant partners only.

Having this information in an easily accessible place will help you make changes quickly and can help explain differences and benefits between subscription levels.
How do I find this change in the product?
In the Partner Portal, select the toolbox button in the actions column under tenant status.
Browse available plans and descriptions or select a new plan within the menu.
Make your selection and your tenant will be automatically updated!
